We had our garage door opener break down on us this winter during one of the coldest periods so I called a few local garage door companies. A number of them said they were at least a week or two out.When I spoke to Topline they also explained how busy they were but when I explained our situation that it was very difficult to get into our home with our 4 small children they immediately said they would make an exception to their schedule, and they had a technician out the very next day to replace my garage door opener. That level of customer service was already enough for me to remember their name and be comfortable referring them to friends and family. But what really impressed me was when the technician was there at my house. They did notice my other garage door opener was older and so were My garage doors. The technician did offer to get me pricing to replace those as well, and when I there is absolutely no pressure, and no attempt to upsell me. They had an idea what was wrong over the phone, by our discussion. Sure enough that was my problem.
